As MD and CEO of Riel Homes, Dr. Kolade is redefining the African real estate landscape by managing this multi-million-dollar company. From the exclusive terrains of Banana Island to the serenity of Alalubosa GRA and the bustle of Surulere, he leads a visionary team that elevates luxury housing standards across Nigeria by providing high-value housing with strategic plans to scale across Africa and beyond. Besides developing physical structures, Dr. Kolade believes in helping individuals, multinationals, and government agencies dominate the market through ACOLEAD COMMUNICATIONS, a corporate and personal brand management company.

Dr. Kolade’s heart burns for the future of the country and the youth, prompting a drive for sustainable social impact. As the founder of the Kolade Adepoju Mentoring Program, a non-profit initiative committed to raising transformative leaders, he has invested tens of millions to achieve the goal of reaching 10,000 youths each year. In 2025 alone, the initiative reached over 5,000 students across 5 university campuses in Nigeria, awarding multiple scholarships to deserving students. Landmark projects benefitting these campuses, such as the solar-powered water project at the Federal University of Petroleum, Effurun, Delta State, are further pointers at the impact of KAMP. The organization is committed to even more and intends to reach and impact thousands of youths across the country, Africa, and beyond.

Dr. Kolade’s commitment to impact has not gone unnoticed; he has been awarded several honors, including the Nelson Mandela Leadership Award for Excellence and Integrity and the honorary title of West Africa Youth Ambassador. He was also recognized by the Guardian as one of the “visionary CEOs who shaped Nigeria’s economic landscape in 2024.” These, among many others, are pointers to an ever-rising colossus of impact.

He has been featured in over 100 media publications across print and audiovisual media. Media giants such as Channels, Arise News, Nigeria Television Authority, BusinessDay, Punch, The Guardian, ThisDay, and The Cable. He is also the subject of regular speaking engagements on national and international platforms, covering topics such as real estate, business, and leadership. Dr. Kolade is an alumnus of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, where he obtained a B.Tech in Transport Management; the University of London, where he completed a program in brand management; and numerous other executive programs, including those from the Lagos Business School. He also holds an honorary doctorate in project management from the Chartered Institute of Public Resource Management and Politics, Ghana. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC) and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and has, over the years, helped startups grow into successful ventures. He remains committed to helping others grow through mentoring, training, and strategic partnerships.

Dr. Kolade is deeply passionate about Nigeria and rooted in his love for God and family. He serves on the leadership team at Graceville Parish, the youth church of the Redeemed Christian Church of God Olive Tree Parish, Banana Island, Lagos. He lives in Lagos with his lovely wife, Barr. Damilola Adepoju and their three exceptional children: David, Jason, and Queen Esther.
